Monique Lhuillier offers returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date, provided all original tags are securely attached. Please note that evening wear and bridal items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the preservation of delicate fabrics.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in the original shipping box along with the packing slip, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our atelier.
