Our Made-to-Order bridal and evening gowns typically require 4 to 6 months for production. We recommend scheduling your initial consultation at least 8 months before your event date to allow for shipping and custom alterations.
What is your return policy for Ready-to-Wear collections?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered Ready-to-Wear items within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging. Please note that bridal gowns and customized pieces are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Monique Lhuillier ships to most international destinations via DHL Express. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the value of your order.
